While
I am in Italy my lifestyle has changed which I would say it was
expected. I have a lot of new habits, some of them are good and some
of them bad. The most painful habit that is already mine is getting
up very early at 7am. During the time at University I didn’t have
stable schedule for lessons, so time for getting up was always
different. Now I have this routine - my usual day starts very early
which I think somehow is quite good, because I manage to do way more
things than before. But still, I love sleep very much that sometimes
getting up very early is like a torture. But then I see beautiful
views while riding the bike on my way to work and I feel better. One
more morning habit is to always drink coffee with croissant or toast
with nutella - that’s my Italian morning. To be mentioned, I was
never been 'Coffee Person' before but as I see Italian spirit exists
and it made me love it like forever. Now I can’t imagine my life
without Lavazza and Moka pot.
Garbage
division is another habit which from the beginning I was amused and I
wish we have it in Georgia too, but sometimes it’s getting a big
“casino”. Garbage is strictly divided here so we have not only
but several trash bins for “Plastic”, “Paper”, “Glass and
Metal”, “Organic” and “Residue”. Sometimes it happens that
we don’t know where to put some specific things and we just do it.
Another
habit that I got is to learn as many Italian
words in a day as I can every day by helping Apps like Duolingo or
just from internet.
Last
but not least is that I got used to the humor of Italian, German,
Spanish and French people and also the fact that Georgian humor
doesn’t work here - this was one of the funniest things which
happened to me here.
And
about the skills - from now on I can cook and as my friends say I do
it pretty good.
Italian
language is of course one of the most important skills which I am
very proud of and my goal is to reach B2 level.
